Kaya Skin Clinic — Post skincare feedback

I had visited kaya skincare clinic on 17th feb 2023. I had taken a facial post which I have skin concerns. I called up customer care to discuss with some dermatologist about it. However no response from the clinic at ambience Mall. I have asked for a call back but still no response. How long should I keep waiting I have developed skin issues after the facial. If this is how Kayas performance I would like to refund on my service. Thanks
