[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — Refund | |||||
I have not yet received my refund. It's past 2 weeks from the date that I have been updated as refund will be processed. Even after considering bank's processing time I should have got my refund atleast now. I have emailed customer service team but they never replied. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have emailed all the necessary bank details needed for refund already... Where is my money? I want the full money as per the breakdown provided by ur staff... Was this information helpful? | |||||
