Kaya Skin Clinic — Refund Issue

Kaya Skin clinic, Lulu Mall, Edapally, Kochi

The manager at the clinic made me pay full amount in advance.

Due to certain personal reasons I could not go ahead with the treatment and hence demanded for a refund.

The manager then informs that they don't have a refund policy.
This was not informed to me in prior to the payment.

I have been behind them for almost a month but there's no response.
