Dear customer care team, My name is arshi, my client code rajc9664 and cutomer id is kyc1338268. As we all know that kaya is a well known company for skin treatment, but it's not true, it was my worst experience ever to get treatment from kaya. I started treatment on[protected] till[protected] with kaya for pigmentation reducing programme intense clarity peel and instance clarity laser, but treatment results in increase of pigmentation. Now i want to refund my hard earned money because your company is failed to fulfill his commitment of "say goodbye to dark spots & uneven skin tone". So you guays kindly refund my money (Rs. 25910 as per your billing + your advised medicine from open market approx. Rs. 12000) asap else i have to go in consumer court.
