[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — Refund of my 16 sitting which are left over

Address:Shop No 15, 1st Floor, Pacific Mall, Najafgarh Rd, Khayala, New Delhi, Delhi 110018

They are not refunding my 16 sittings left over even after conveying them a) that I bought it on dec 2019 before pandemic so I didn’t know the situation of pandemic would come through which is why I won’t be able to avail going forward, b) I told them I lost my father due to second wave which is why I am in dire need my own funds to be with me now and require so, but hearing this out they are refusing to payback my own money

This company is building anger day by day - I want to put it out in this form shameless ppl they are they gave me above email ID and the reply comes through as
“ Your message to [email protected] couldn't be delivered.
protected wasn't found at kayaindia.net.”
