I was taking treatment for Q switch & Dark circle reduction in Kya Skin clinic. I have paid 100% advance of Rs. 46000/-, wide Invoice No.: INV13561, Receipt No.: INVRS098, Dated 10/12/2016. After taking full money, I was assured that there will noticeable change in my complexion & the same can been seen after few treatments. But there is no improvement in my complexion & I also face skin rashes & itching problem (Which I have informed to doctor too). Since last 45 days, my appointments are getting cancel by Kaya. When I have asked reason for cancellation I was informed that doctor was treatment my skin has moved out from Kaya & they have handover my treatment to new doctor. My treatment is not completed though I have paid full money well in advance. When asked for refund they flatly refuse to refund the money by saying that Kaya do not have refund policy. They are forcing me to go for treatment with new doctor (Which I have refuse) or forget the refund. Was this information helpful? |
