[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — service and bad attitude of the staff

To begin with, once you are done paying for your packages the team doesn't give a damm about the after services. They will not confirm your appointment and when you call for 1 they are always out of slots. The staff will just hang up on you or start talking with other people around them while you are on hold and then some new person will come over the phone and you are asked to repeat the entire thing to them

. When asked to connect to a manager, you are always told that manager is busy please talk to us.

The tone of talking is by far the most arrogant and rude tone done by customer service company that i have seen.

Kaya skin clicnic (Juhu) doesn't give a damm about your time and money.

Because of their over all bad attitude, i asked them to give me a refund and they deny that too and go like no, we don't do refund, you are free to make a choice. Like literally i've been told that.

In 8 months of getting enrolled with them i have only made upto 2 sessions because they are always booked. What i don't understand. Is that why do they keep enrolling people when they don't even have the space and time to accommodate them.
All they care about is money.

Just waiting to finish my paid sessions at kaya juhu and then never going back to them. And would never recommend any body to go there. Vlcc is so much better with their flexibility and service. My sister choose that. I regret not doing the same
