It has been a year I have purchased the service on april 28th 2021 for 5 body parts 6sessions. Not even single session I was satisfied. Booking slots is terrible customer service agent Imtiaz from Inorbit kaya clinic i have asked to book appointment where appointment was available only after 3 weeks (feb 2022) Despite waiting for 3 long weeks I get to know appointment was not booked he missed it.
After doing my 4th session on 7th March 2022 I personally asked at the clinic to book the appointment now after a month again I called for follow up there is no appointment again. Pathetic service not getting any benefit, my hair growth is back because of giving long gaps.
As a consumer I am being treated really bad by Kaya skin clinic and I am looking for a compensation and a due apology for the same. Was this information helpful? |
