Kaya Skin Clinic — Staff Timing and not in office

It came to my notice that the Kaya staff visakhapatnam branch
Manager, asst manager, Therapist and doctor where not in office and went to do their personal work in the evening peak hours that at around 7:30 to 8:30!PM when asked the rude behaviour saying it's non of our business so i would like to take this issue to the law to get correct judgement
