This complain is regarding unethical behaviour of staff name Sofiya sitting in noida sector 18 branch. I brought a package for a Q switch and botex on dec 2019 before the pandemic so I didn’t know the situation of pandemic would come through which is why I won’t be able to avail the service. Required amount was already paid and since last two year I never asked kaya to refund my money as I was aware of the service and benefit.but from last four months I was trying to resume the service but unable to avail the appointment as per our convinces. Always there was problem with timing and slot.although I manège.
Today incidence is really shocking Ms Sofia at Kay’s noida 18 is behaving like immature and unethical.This is the customer service you are providing.I am also a banker and well know how the treat our customers.she is shouting like no other. I have 20k due which I already asked her to be paid by month end and already discussed one day before then I went foe session.After that she is behaving like this.Since last two year I have never asked for my money which I already paid and you guys are treating you customers like this.
