[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — unprofessional behaviour by dr parul kaya peddar road

Im a client with kaya pedder road since 2 years. I have had a chance to meet different doctors and all of them have been very kind and professional.
But today 2nd of july 2018 it was not the case.
My maintenance sessions are going on and my regular therapist got shifted to another branch. They assigned a new therapist to me who had no clue about my case.

After waiting for 15 mins dr parul entered the room and stood at the door. I was lying down. She didnt see my hair growth, didnt let me ask any questions. The only thing she asked was maintenance hain kya? And then the therapist asked ndyak or pain free to which she replied any is fine pain free toh 50 50 and ndyak toh 9.
This was her reading for five body parts face bikini legs chest abdomen.
And left the room. The doctor was not there more then 10 secs in the room.
Its very unprofessional for a kaya doctor to behave in such manner. Am i supposed to chose which machine should be ok for my hair growth i thought they are there for that.
Either she thought i was suppose to choose or the therapist who doesnt know my case should choose according to her best of knowledge.

The receptionist tried to defend the doctor saying this is how doctors gave reading. I have seen other kaya doctors too like dr preeti dr deepti dr praveen but nothing like dr parul a 5 sec meet for 5 body parts with options of machine and reading.

The manager was missing so i didnt have any one to complain to
And after repeatedly asking for email address to complain on they didnt give it to me.

Very unprofessional behaviour on the part of kaya pedder road doctor parul and staff.

The doctor might be very busy but if she cannot even spend 1 minute to check her clients hair growth on what basis is she there. Then why does kaya hire a doctor just keep a reading chart with reading for both machines session wise. Clients and therapist can chose the machine which they like. And follow the reading on that chart.

I wanted to discuss my increased growth in certain areas but she was too busy to even look at me let alone talk to me.

I will share my experience with others because there are cheaper places who do laser hair removal where the doctors have the decency to atleast spend a minute with the client. I chose kaya because of its reputed staff and doctors but if this is the scenario then its better to take your money and put where the doctor actually bothers.
