Kaya Skin Clinic — zero accountability, no refund and 3 laser burns

I am extremely disappointed and mentally harassed by Kaya Clinic’s service. I suffered three laser burns due to their negligence, and despite repeated follow-ups for months on email, Instagram, and Threads, there has been no proper response or resolution.

Instead of offering a refund or even an apology, they’ve chosen to ignore my concerns completely, adding to the trauma and frustration. This kind of carelessness, silence, and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, especially when it involves damage to someone’s skin and well-being.
Kaya Clinic needs to be held accountable.
