Kaysons Education — ignoring doubts as well as customer care messages.

Kaysons education i bought your package april 9, i face difficulty since my doubts are not cleared regularly within 48 hours and at the same time i have difficulty in learning with english language, i am more comfortable with hindi and so i am unable to grasp concepts. Moreover, i have strain in my eyes due to specs and i am unable to see videos or do assignment. 5 books from package which i need this time for 11th her syllabus aren't delivered yet. Please help me regarding the refund. I texted my mentor arti chouhan but she ignored my messages and rejected my call. The evidence is in image below
