I purchased Kaysons Education DVD pack and received 50% material on 17/12/2009

But all the material is mostly of 11th standard and I had been requesting for the remaining material but on calling Mob: +91-[protected] Contact Person: Manas Kapoor gives an abrupt reply and says due to technical problem, our servers are undergoing upgradation so your account cant be upgraded to pro.
Also on asking about sending the remaining part of the course, he blames that I should have ordered the course earlier. Instead of an apology, he speaks against me. My Rs 13,125 have been struck with such a institute of coaching who have a poor unsatisfactory customer support. Also I see no mentions of their institute which questions its truthfullness.
The authorities there must take immediate action to provide the material.
