[Resolved]  Kazo — the company didnt deliver my order placed on 22nd july. and dont even refund the money.

It has been more than 2 months now and this order has not been delivered. Not only that, they dont even refund my money. The customer care only responds with a "will be done soon". Seems like a never ending cycle.

I am one of their regular store customers but they are the worst when it comes to online.

I am highly disappointed.

I want an encouraging compensation.
