Its been more that a month since i ordered a top and a braclet from kazo. After 10days of wait, when i wrote an email to them. They said that the order was cancelled. From that time onwards i m struggling to get back my refund of 1290. There is no response from there side at all. They have asked for my bank account twice, but there are not at all intiating the refund. What # service is this!

    I bought a jacket from kazo store in gurgaon last year for rs. 7000/-, i have worn it for 3-4 times only and now its rexine has come out from the under arms area. When i showed it to the store they asked me to write a mail to the company. I did the same on 8-jan-2018 and since then i am calling them every day. After 2 mails i got a mail from their side that my query will be resolved soon but till now i have not received any input from their side.
    I was able to talk to mr. Kartik on 10-jan-2018 and he assured me to get back with in 24 hours but till now i have not received any response and now he is not available on phone as well.

    I think, a jacket without any brand name will be more durable than these jackets. I have wasted by 7000/- rs

      I bought 2 tops from kazo since there was a size issue i asked them to exchange with a lower size they said we don't have an exchange policy. You can return claim refund and reorder. Since i was in a hurry i ordered the correct size and since then i am fighting for a refund. They are just buying time saying please re enter your bank details and we will initiate the refund. If you have charged my card refund on my card why you need bank details.

        I had ordered a product from kazo, the product was detective so i returned the product on the other day, they said they'll refund the money in 7-10 days. It has been a month now and now they don't answer to any of my mails. The toll-free number provided by them is wrong.
        I have mailed them my bank details also.
        How and when will i get the refund rs 2345?

          Fraudulent activity by Kazo

          I had Rs 4000 in my online Kazo wallet and i used that to order from Kazo. The order amount exceeded by 145 which i was supposed to pay when the order would be delivered. I received the order after few days and i was told to pay the full amount so i returned it. Then i check my online Kazo Wallet and it is completely empty. I tried to contact kazo by calling on their helpline number and nobody answers and there is no reply to the emails too....

          Its a big disappointment, , I'd ordered a a pair of earrings a month back and its still not there. please look into the matter order number #[protected] Product Code: 112946 I request them to either return the money or send the product. placed on 27 September 2016 18:35:05 IST Judith Earrings 112946BLNA Grand Total Rs 690.00. I'd tried calling them on the customer care number[protected] no one picks up the call and on writing a complaint just a mail saying "This is an auto-generated email that confirms that we have received your query." comes and no comes after this message. please look seriously into the matter.

            This is such a bad store one can ever imagine. they just cheat the customers by charging more and giving very bad quality of the products. i had purchased one black leggings of rs 4k and its not even 1 year that i have used this product and just within 5 months the quality has shown its reality. now when i went to store in market bangalore they kept the leggings with them for 1 months and now when i called them they said that their quality is good, so which means i have only spoiled it purposely. i always get my clothes dry cleaned and see how much fraud this brand is doing in the market. guys please don't visit kazo if you really love your money and time.

              AND ITS STILL NOT WITH ME...
              I have contacted many a times they always say today they dispatch but that never happen
              on the name of: PALKI SHARMA

                I visited your store at WESTEND MALL, Ferozepur road, Ludhiana on 25th January, 2014. i had asked one of the sales girl to get me a different size for the top i was trying. she kept me waiting for 20 minutes in the trial room and when i asked her she said you should have so much sense to come out of the trial room and started yelling at me in front of all the customers. she even said that there are so many customers and i am not the only one out there in a very abusive manner. On my demand to speak to the store manager, she said that she was the store in charge, which i doubt. i visited your store on recommendation of a friend of mine but i must say you really need to impart some training to your rude staff who don't even value their customers... one thing is for sure i am not going to visit that store of yours from now onwards and i would definitely inform my friends so that they don't face a similar situation in future.. way to go kazo !! good collection but very rude and impolite staff member!! I wish you could take some effective action against the girl involved.

                  I had purchased a top from the brand KAZO two months back for Rs.699. The store I had purchased is located in Select City Walk Mall in Saket. One day later I realized that the product was defective. Since the Price Tag was not removed, I returned the top in the store with the promise that the top would be replaced after two weeks. After that I visited the store on three occasions over a period of three months. The first two times the store keepers expressed their inability to replace the item due to shortage of a similar item. I was also informed by the store in question that they had a branch in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon and that the replacement could be carried out there as well. So I visited Gurgaon and discovered that the store was closed.

                  The last time I visited the Saket store on 21st July, the store keeper refused to replace the item citing some unheard of discount rule. He also asked me to collect an item of the discounted price. I agreed to that even and also agreed to pay the difference in price if i choose an item of higher value. Then he made up some exorbitant rule and refused any discount on the new item and asked me to pay the full amount minus the Rs. 452 (which happened to the discounted price of the item I had purchased 3 months earlier)

                  I have faced a lot of harassment at the hands of a brand that I could have trusted for their reputation of service. Considering that I am an outstation student of Delhi University, I have also to be careful with my finances and travel schedule. After all these I was made to travel thrice to Saket from near the University North Campus and once to Gurgaon. I should in a sense press damages against the brand.

                  Kindly take any necessary action you see fit.

                  My policy no[protected] issued by LIC, Padrauna branch (UP) has been matured on 28/02/09 & although I have sent original policy & Discharge Voucher on 25th Feb’09 and send 2 reminder letters but I have neither received maturity & balance installments nor any response. One mail sent to Sr. Divisional Manager at LIC, Gorakhpur is attached for your ready reference.

                  I request you to pl use your good office to get the due amount released at the earliest.
