I had ordered a product order I'd [protected] from kazo but that was big so i exchanged the same with a small size. When i initiated an exchange option from app, they took the product and it has reached their warehouse as well but after that they have not shipped the exchange product nor did I get my refund. They do not pick up calls and they also stopped answering my e mails. It has been more than 18 days since product pick up. I am very annoyed with how unprofessional and scam this brand this.

    I tried contacting them through their customer care helpline number and also mail id but no response from them. I have not received any order confirmation.

      First of all i ordered two similar pants and 2 other products, they delivered and charged for me for all 4 products but now they show return option of only 3, there is no information on their site about the same 2 pants, their website reads it as one product.
      In my second order i was charged a whole amount of 4 products and the product delivered to me was only 3 products, with no update no one to listen. I am cancelling all my orders from kazo. Very poor customer service

        I have purchased a clothing from Kazo outlet at Mohali Punjab invoice no INVK[protected] on 14th July 2022 in sale period on 40% discount. Somehow that clothing did not fitted me well and when I reached the store for exchange the store staff simply refused saying that there is no exchange policy on the products bought in sale, however at the time of purchase no one told me about this policy and nowhere it was displayed at the store. After some time of argument the showed me the invoice in which it is stated in the terms and conditions and that too at the bottom and in very small font. Who read all the terms and conditions written on the invoice and that too in very small font. It is simply cheating the customers. If they have any such policy then it should be very much prominently placed all over the store. Now that clothing is a total waste of money for me as I cannot wear that.           I got a jumpsuit from kazo which doesn't suits me so i put a return and that get accepted and the product is takeaway from me on 2 nd july. I didn't recive my refund money till now and even when I call on their helpline they didn't pick the call and also not satisfied response of mails.

            I buy a jumpsuit from kazo which doesn't suits me. So i put a return and which has been accepted and been picked up from my place on 2nd july. But now company is not Responding to further process. I already put several mails which doesn't show any progress and the calls are not picked up by them.

              The store did not provide a bill when i exchanged an item for another, they claimed they will whatsapp it but did not.
              Store name- Kazo, Entertainland Mall, Gurgaon.
              They did not have fresh clothing stocks and almost did not allow me to return the defective product I had earlier bought.

                  I have been chasing the brand since a month. The day I received the package, I informed that 3 incorrect products have been received. First they did not care about the complaint for a month. When I asked about why a partial refund has been made, the customer care person was so rude blunt and manner less that she refused to accept the complaint and hung up. She did not respond to any emails for a month and nicely robbed me of my money for the products that I don’t even have with me. Such a FRAUD.

                  I literally have an entire chain of emails where I have only got automated responses and not once did the Brand care to contact me via email or phone to discuss my complaint or even share an update on the refund.

                    It's been almost a month I have ordered a dress. The dress size is smaller than usual so raised a request for exchange. They have processed the request. But Haven’t received any email or notifications regarding my return request.
                    Now they are avoiding my calls and emails and say my area Pincode is not serviceable to pick my order.
                    They are frauds and have a lot of complaints about them.

                          Its been more than 10days that i have returned the dresses, there is no update from the site, neither are they picking the call, always replying with the same mail, The company is not updating, who takes so long for returning and refunding??Specially they are not updating the customer regarding anything.

                            I created my order on August11, 2021, order ID [protected], it is almost two weeks that i have created my order but the product is not even shipped yet. i have already paid for the product thinking that kazo would never be such inadequate in their services. Now, they have not shipped my product yet and on contacting time and again via emails they do not give me any information regarding the same. I am constantly requesting them to give some information but they do not provide any such information.

                                  I saw this kazo dress yesterday and I really liked it .I checked it again in the evening to order it but it said that it was out of stock .
                                  I wasn't given any warning in the morning that it might go out of stock . I m very unhappy with this. Please restock it as soon as possible.

                                        I requested a return because the size of the dress was too big on 7th March 2021 itself . The product was picked up on 8th March 2021, the RMA#74L0N29D . The product has been returned to the store and I have still not get any confirmation on the refund.

                                          I purchased a bag from Kazo, Unity mall Rohini sector 10 Delhi on 6 march @ Rs 1036 on SaleToday in the morning of 8 march when i took it out i saw it was torn from the side ..leatherite is coming out ..How can a big brand like kazo keep old bags in sale ..no matter if its a sale product it should be o[censored]sable ..They cant keep torned bags .Rs 1000 is hard earned money. I shouldn't get an old thing being in sale kindly see into the matter

                                              I ordered a jumpsuit from kazo and the i wasn't satisfied so i returned the same.
                                              The product was collected by them soon but it's been very long and i haven't received my refund yet.
                                              It is very sulking that a brand like kazo cannot be trusted with refunds.

                                                  I returned my jumpsuit with order id:[protected] on 03/07/2019 because of some issue with the product.
                                                  I have been trying to get in touch with the customer executive of kazo but i didnt get any satisfactory response for my refund amount. Its been more than 1 and a month now n its really disappointing that a brand like kazo is doing such things.

                                                    I placed an order on 29/06/2019 of amount Rs. 1884.60 with order ID no 87422551, 87422550 and 87422549.The amount got deducted from my account neither the order not any refund came into my account. I am a banker myself the problem is not from bank side. They are not initiating the refund from their end. I have tried calling their customer service executive no one pick calls from their end. There is hardly any reply from their end. I am a regular customer of kazoo. This type of behavior is not at all tolerated. Please initiate the refund the provide me my amount back.

                                                      I bought a grey kazo jacket from their website and it was absolutely horrible! The stitching was so bad and tore the first time i tried it on. The fur kept shedding all over my other clothes. The cloth was not cut straight at all and looked like it was done by a little kid. I tried returning it many times but their website is not working for my return request. It cost me rs 1996. They are such cheaters.

                                                        This is with refernce to my complain related to the product i purchased from your pacific mall subhash nagar store which is grey colour purse of rs 4000. Within the purchase of 4th day the handle lock of the purse came out. I approached ur gip mall noida store for the same issue and he asked me to visit pacific mall as i have purchased the same from thar store and after 20 mins of harrasement, store manager vishal agreed to exchange the same and handed me a fresh purse just alike my previous one and assured me now i will not face such issue. After my exchamge its not been a month i believe the same issue appeared in the second purse also. When i again approached ur gip mall on 6th morning and he asked me to wait as it was diwali holidays so i decided to approach pacific mall this time on 11th and handed over the purse to him and he agreed to resolve my issue by monday evening. Bt later on 11th evening around 8:30 that store manager called me and said my exchange or refund request is denied as we have already replaced amd asked me to contact his senior ms farah for the same and claims that u r over loading the purse.
                                                        I just want to understand at the time of purchase do u guys give terms and conditions that we cnt carry liostic and wallet in the bag as it will overload the purse resulting damage and my 4k rupees will be vanished as you guys will not refund my money. This is complety fraud practices which yoy guys are doing, eating clients hard earned money and using cheapesr quality of material amd blaming the customer. I will take this nonsense on social sites and media as you guys are cheating the clients and not resolving the issue. I have been harassed by you store managers as i have been chasing for my hard earned money. For you guys its just a purse but just see from client perspective its 4k rupees which we are spending. I[censored] ppl can't afford to give client services then you guys have no rights to charge this much amount of money for such cheap stuffs.
                                                        I need entire refund of my money. I dnt want to deal with kazo going forward with such kind of cheating.
                                                        Being a regular customer of Kazo did not expect such pathetic customer service ! Having so much issue in exchanging a top .have already visited 3 Kazo stores in Lucknow but to no avail! Kazo has really disappointed me this time

                                                          I bought a palazzo with crop top and first time when i wear it.. Chain was damaged of palazzo and not same but different kind of problem on top. Sparkle of top was sprinkled on all over my palazzo.. It was the most embarrassing moment for me because of kazo. If such kind of problems is happening with expensive brands... Then brand kazo have to be suffer.. And take a move against this company.
                                                          Had bought a choker recently from forum courtyard...all parts were coming out...could not find a fair substitute for it..everything seems to be faulty...am disappointed with the workmanship...pls improve
