It is disappointing 😔 KBD Group / KB Developers has not been very active in resolving complaints. This lack of response can hurt the overall customer experience and the company's reputation. We suggest that KBD Group / KB Developers address these customer issues as soon as possible.
I am student of class 11th commerce KV I.M.A Dehradun from the past 10 days I m not able to submit my fees, I've been trying but fees is not getting submitted, I tried everywhere, bank, cyber cafe, by myself but it's not getting submitted
KBD Group / KB Developers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As per agreement the builder promised to provide the possession by December 2014.
Today is March 2016 and still the possession is not given.
There were multiple changes to the internal maps of the building hence, the approval from the corporation itself came around March 2015, .
I paid all my contribution when I booked the property and submitted all the necessary document to the bank.
even after receiving more than 90% of the payment, the building is still incomplete.
The lift is non functional
The parking is still not allotted.
No Water supply.
The flooring of the parking is incomplete.
The floor has lot of debris.
No electricity connection
Now he is demanding the full payment and is not providing any timelines to when will he be able to complete the building.
Neither is he ready to meet to explain.
