KDMC — complaining about a person who is roaming freely in this curfew covid 19

I am an indian citizen concerning about my family & we have noticed that our neighbour was travelled to nashik & now two days before they were going for outing in khadvali which is near bhiwandi.
Please my deep request to you that this person needs to be checked by doctor as these persons are least bothered about our society & us.
