[Resolved]  KDMC — Property tax paid but not reflecting on portal and receipt not generated

Have done the property tax payment online but still the bill reflect due, amount debited from my credit card account, transaction was successful yet the kdmc website have not generated the bill receipt for the same and still show the bill pending .

I follow-up up with kdmc support emails and also raised complain in KDMC portal but no positive response

finally my issue is resolved now, yes they took more than 1 month to resolve it, but now they introduce new option to download receipt and also share email id for technical issues.
KDMC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
