KDMC — Complaint about ignorance by kdmc

My question is y I have to complaint again and again? I have complaint about stray dogs one week before, .but no single person have come from kdmc nor any dog catcher. Here dogs are out of control, they bark and attempt to bite people. Do kdmc want people to take action and harm animals??if this is so, y the hell is kdmc made for!!! This is my last time request to kdmc officials to take some action quickly as possible, .or other wise we will not tolerate to look towards stray dogs. We don't want any animal to get harm but if it out of control, we will harm the dogs and kdmc would be responsible for this if ignored.: AVINASH BACHHAV
