KDMC — do you check this portal or is it just dormant .

Is there anyone appointed to check the complaints on this portal and then forward them to concerned department and ward or is this just a pr exercise . just to say that yes we have a consumer complaint portal ?
if and when you check this mesaage please revert so the public will know how efficiently this waste of our money works.
