KDMC — Dog nuisance

Thus request from a resident of Old Dombivli Rd, pls help us to survive. There is lot of nuisance in our area once its 9pm. It goes on till early morning 6am to 7am. The dogs keep barking all night which results in people waking up in the middle of the night. It is also dangerous for people coming home late night or senior people going for a walk. Pls humble request so that we the residents residing at ground floor of all the buildings in our area can get some peaceful sleep. Thank you and regards.
