KDMC — extra tax been charged

Respected sir

We have purchased 2 houses in the same chawl in april 2018. Following are the details for same :

1)
Occupier - devendra kapadi
Jai malhar chawl, room 7, vasundri rd, manda (West). Property no - a[protected]

2)
Occupier - narendra kapadi
Jai malhar chawl, room 6, vasundri rd, manda (West). Property no - a[protected]

I got the tax reciept for both the property recently. I have been charged tax incorrectly for one of my property.. My complaint is regarding my property no a[protected] which is registered under the name of mr narendra kapadi. I bought this property in apr 2018 and i have been asked to pay the tax from apr 2016 (I presume it could be a typo error). I have been visiting the kdmc office continuously since last 3 months. But nobody seems to take the ownership. I have also made an application writing a complaint about the same matter but i was not even given any acknowledgment for that application.

I request you to please look into this matter for me and acknowledge. I will be waiting for your reply.

I am attaching the copy of tax receipt for both my properties and the complaint application which i submitted in kdmc office for your reference.
