KDMC — Garbage and Soil on Road and Footpath and Auto Fare

I'm born and brought up in Mumbai City but due to some reason I have shifted to Kalyan. I found compare to MCGM, KDMC is not looking for cleanliness of Road and Footpath, I am looking so much garbage and Soil on Road and Footpath. As Kalyan declared Smart City by government but there is no smart work service giving by KDMC. There is no sweeping done every morning where ever construction is going on devloper is not taking necessary actions of city cleanliness. If know public is not complaining about the same means KDMC is not finding these issues. Another big issue is Auto is not running on meter every auto driver is charging as much as himself like they are the king of Kalyan even after independence.
