Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the garbage disposal infront our building with all my due respect. It is very unclean, and it also hurt the image of our society. The smell of the garbage is so irritating, and it is also very embarrassing when guests come to our building.

I request you to take serious action. All the residents are disturbed because of this garbage issue. I shall be thankful to you if you take action as soon as possible. Thank you.
