KDMC — High parking charges with no option of monthly pass

Hello, this is Mahendra Parad I regularly park my two wheeler in Kapotes KDMC parking. The current agency has given us the pass for 15 days for 330 Rs and its valid upto 15 june only due to new tender or contract assignment which suppose to start from 16 th june 2025.
But after 3 days from their expiry which was conveyed us they are still charging for parking but with high rate ie. 40 rs per day. They should have provided the pass for small duration on same rate they charged previously. Its a loot to consumer and they dont take any amount by digital payment only cash is taken for all the transaction.

Please look into this matter we expect faster and appropriate solutions from you,
