Several units have been encroached and functioning as Restaurant & Bar which supply liquor
Open till 1-2 am.. creating very hardships to the Society members. Ladies and children scared to venture out after 7. pm. Fighting of the drunkards are often occures
Entire parking stilt is encroached and covered illegally.
An entire floor of 4 flats have been illegally constructed and sold by the builder.
Commercial Units at both end of building no.1 is having several illegal extension.
Kitchens working with out any safety norms.
Pls look into the mater and do the needfull.

Many Residents of these two buildings are doing/done illegal constructions inside their houses without seeking prior permissions from either KDMC/society. They are demolishing walls, bringing balcony areas within their rooms, and changing the elevations etc. This is utterly dangerous and harmful for life of people staying here. Necessary actions need to be taken and such kinds of illegal constructions should be stopped for the betterment of this society.
