KDMC donot take action. Why they have demolished part of the building and not full

Sub.: Illegal construction and demolition of existing walls / beams and chajjas in Flat No. 1001, 804 & 701 at Building name "Ajmera Heights-III", yogi dham, kalyan west.
Respected Sirs,
This is with respect to illegal construction and demolition of existing walls / beams and converting chajjas into living room and bedroom in Flat No. 1001, 804 & 701 and several other flats in Bldg. No. 16, Ajmera Heights-III, Yogi Dham, Kalyan West. We came to know that the above said work has been carried out without taking prior approval from your Ward Officer/KDMC and concerned authority. Also, the Chairman/Secretary of the Society have not consulted any Structural Engineer/Consultant and completed the work done as per their manner. There are also several other flats Owners who had demolished the existing structures/beams and covered the chajjas into living room/bedroom.. Due to above negligence in the building by the respective flat Owners, the building is getting weaker day-by-day and there are higher chances / risk of getting it collapsed in short span of time. We all request your good office / concerned Ward Officer / KDMC authorities to inspect the building premises / all flats and take legal action against the Flat Owners who all had demolished their existing structures and covered chajjas which could save lots of persons life / neighbourhood buildings and Society members of the buildings.
An immediate action in the above matter will be highly appreciated.
