KDMC — KDMC Property tax paid but not reflecting on portal and receipt not generated

Have done the property tax payment online but still the bill reflect due, amount debited from my bank account, transaction was successful yet the kdmc website have not generated the bill receipt for the same and still show the bill pending .
please resolved this issue as soon as possible
