Hi,
This is with regards to the information that we, as citizens, received with regards to non pick-up facility for dry waste everyday. Honestly, we feel this is quite wrong and unfair. We were told that the dry waste will be picked up once in 3 days and the days on which the dry waste will be picked up, the wet waste will not be picked up. Please understand that the monsoons have already arrived and the garbage if kept in the houses will be a breeding ground for mosquitoes if piled up for days altogether. Already there are so many issues, what is people fall sick because of this?
That being said, at least provide us with information for dumping areas if the vehicles to pick up garbage are not available. These basic details are important or else people will randomly throw garbage anywhere on the roads. That will further cause more issues.
I am a mother of a 2 year old kid and i would definitely want the house to be clean and infection-free. I am sure other citizens would also have similar issues but all will not voice their concerns or place their opinions. Some won't understand whom to approach. Please consider this as a humble request to provide some facility for dumping the waste in the right manner so that nobody is affected in crucial times like these. Was this information helpful? |
