KDMC — not stopping on bus stops and rude behaviour of driver

Hi,

Had boarded bus no. Mh 43 h 5149 today at around from katai naka to nelco. When bus arrived it stopped at the distance ahead of stop also after i boarded bus the driver passed comments to the conductor. And this was the case with every passenger boarding it. Moreover this is the second encounter i had with that driver. He is very rude
