KDMC — Online Payment Deducted, But Transaction Failed

I paid property tax of Rs. 8275 online on 17th June for Property No. G[protected], FLat No 804 at Balaji Garden, Ayre Gaon, Dombivli 421201
The amount was deducted but the transaction failed.
I have not received a refund or receipt
Can someone at KDMC please resolve this issue. Thanks
