KDMC — Open gutter in ward 8

Sir I am living in P and T colony, ward number 8 since 24 years in milap complex chs . A gutter is passing near our building which carries all the dirty water and overflowing in rains . We have to walk through that water during the rains . It is smelling . After so many years nothing has been done to keep the gutter underground . Please do the needful .
