Please refer to your Property Assessment Tax Bills No. 498792 dt.31.03.2022 & No. 245428 dt.14.04.2022 against Property No.G[protected]-104, Ward-G, Zone-3 for the year 2021-22 & 2022-23.
It is observed that, the actual area of the said Room No. 104, Malhar Height, Kenewadi, Ayregav, Dombivli (E) is 27.52 square meter whereas you had billed for 29.64 square meter due to typograpical error. As per measurement register maintained at G-Ward Office actual area of my room no.104 is 27.52 square meter with ratable value is Rs.5796 and tax payble Rs.4746/- per annum.
Please verify your records available with G-Ward office and make necessary correction in your DATA BASE and refund excess billed/paid amount of Rs.606/-.
