KDMC — Property Tax amount being deducted from account but payment gateways says payment failed

I have tried using the KDMC official website for the payment of Property tax. The payment went well and the amount was deducted from my account but the payment portal said there was an issue in processing the payment. I would like to know the status of the payment and the next steps to be taken for completion of the payment
