KDMC — Property tax paid online still its showing not paid.

I paid my property tax on 29th march 2023 via the online KDMC mobile app. But after payment, the receipt has not been generated and money got deducted from my account. Can you please check and generate my receipt asap?
on the app its saying its still pending and user aborte.
