KDMC — Property Tax Payment Done Receipt Not generated

Have done the property tax payment online but still the bill reflect due, amount debited from my bank account, transaction was successful yet the kdmc website have not generated the bill receipt for the same and still show the bill pending .

I follow-up up with kdmc support emails and also raised complain in KDMC portal but no positive response
