KDMC — sales of food products more than mrp

Sir in C ward at Old fish market and near shop owners of general stores are selling the milk at more than MRP. Also as KDMC has stopped the use of plastic carry bags less than 50 microns still they are using it.As milk is food products and comes under basic necessity of people the sale of such product at more than MRP price is creating an corruption.So I kindly request you to please look in to this matter on urgent basis.
