KDMC — Stray Dogs doing Nuisance

I am a resident of Sunjyoti CHS, Old Dombivli Road Dombivli West.
We & around our residence there are too many stray dogs which are howling in the night and also keep on fighting with a loud noise. Due to which it becomes unbearable to sleep in the night.
As well last time the dogs catched are back again in the society from a longer time.
