KDMC — Stray Dogs in our Society area.

I want to complain about stray dogs in our society area because of which children's are afraid to go out and play. Few days ago some of them attack my brother luckily he was riding a cycle so he ran towards the building and escaped. There are 8-9 stray dogs. Whenever anyone give them food they start fighting among themselves and their attack on the passing by person so please take action about it.
