KDMC — Street Dogs near datta mandir Patharli gaon

Dear Sir,

I live in Patharli gaon Dombivli East behind datta mandir.
There are atleast 15-20 dogs in my area who barks and cries loudly at night from 1am to 5am.
I have 4 years child and we all the people from our area are unable to sleep due to this issue. Even I am writing this mail at 4am.
We need a strict action against this as one lady owes 6-7 dogs of it.
Hoping to get issue resolved from your side as soon as possible.
