KDMC — Unethical behaviour of KDMC citizens

I am resident of dombivli from more than 18 years. I have seen many changes since my childhood here.
Dombivli was a city of literate and traditional peoples but nowadays peoples are getting worse day by day by doing unethical behaviours like spitting on roads, throwing garbages roadside and many more.
In this time of corono virus also peoples aren't stopping there worse behaviour still they spit on roads by chewing tobaccos freely.

In normal times anyone can find 1 or 2 spits for every 2 steps on roads.

As a citizen of dombivli its my appeal to take action on those peoples who do such things. Also kindly make people stop from using cigaratees on public roads atleast in this time of covid-19 situation.

And advice is, kindly do not send corrupt officials to take action against those peoples.
