Kdt — harassing for money and filed court case and telling internal case has been listed

My name is rama krishna. Some one told me about this captcha work while iam checking for online work. So, i have entered in this company. They have sent me the user id and password. As i was logged into it i have got some doubts and i have called to them and anyone no replied me. So, i stopped work. After few days they have called me and asked for 5000 rupees. I told iam very poor now and no job, so i cannot pay. They told if you pay 5000/- now it will be enough or you i have to pay 70000/- and you have face court notice and arrest warrant. After one week they have again called me and said case filed in court and i have to come to court. On today they have sent me one mail with below matter:

This intimation is just to inform you that we have got your case file for legal proceeding, we do informed you about your legal matter with the company in the payment intimation email. Now till now we waited for your statement but it shows that you are not serious about your legal matter.
Now we are going to proceed your file under legal procedure so from today on wards you will get all the information regarding your case file from the delhi arbitrary court (West delhi). And officially we will issue your legal notice at your home address, working place as well collage/university.
Do reply else we will book your case file and issue your arrest warrant under sec 73, 74, 75, 420, 406 on 2 th day and legal action will be taken.

Accept the court process else you will be guilty in this case and you have to face financial loss as well you will responsible for all legal consequences.

If you do not wish to continue the work with the company so you can terminate the contract and get your termination letter.
