Kejora Masyhur Sdn Bhd — driver smoking in the bus

I reserved a bus trip with kejora masyhur from malacca sentral to tbs kuala lumpur on 29/04/19 at 10.00 am. Bus was on time but very dirty. Bus driver talked loudly with a friend during the entire trip making it impossible to rest as we seated on second row. Bus driver smoked thru the window while driving, covering the smell with horrible chemical air freshener. Horrible smell, almost unbreathable in bus and inacceptable behavior.
My bus supposed to arrived at 6, but ut still not arrived, im a girl takkan nk smpai malam tunggu bas kotttttttttt nnti dr terminal nk ke rumah naik grab, , kalo xd grab cmnee hah? Tlonglah hapuskan kejora bangkitkn bas lain
Very late not punctual...verryyy stupid shiitt slowwwlyyy..i hate this bus. Very badly!! Not confortable..noisy.
