Bought a ticket from Larkin to TBS
The departure date and time is 18 Oct, 9:30am
It took me approximately 9.5 hours to reach TBS from Larkin (including the 1-hour wait in Larkin)
The sole purpose of my trip is to attend my friend’s wedding, but I missed the most of it because of your lousy company.
Issues:
1. Bus delays for 1 hour, only picked up the customer and departed around 10:30am.
I understand it’s a long weekend so the traffic conditions might be bad, but why other bus operators could reach on time or only be late for 5-15 mins?
2. I was trying to call their office to understand the bus’ ETA multiple times, but no one picks up. The number is as good as non-existent.
3. Didn’t mention it would stop two different places to pick up and drop off (at least wasted another 40 mins there)
