Kejora Masyhur Sdn Bhd — suddenly free seating

I took the kejora express from tbs to malacca central this morning. What i want to complain is, i'm very dissappointed with this services.

1) i have done my online ticket which is i select for the single seat for this trip for my cousin and me. For seat 5a and 7a. But what i got is when check in, there is no single seat for us. There is just have free seating and another person already took our seat from somewhere else. What we noticed that, there got double number of seat. Why is it happened.? No point if i pay more. Because this is very expensive ticket compared from others company that i took before.

2) the driver was very route when i'm asking regarding my seat and ask to seat for any free seat. We are as a malay girl and that is not comfortable for us to seat next a man.

3) not comfortable and the bus is very smelly.

I am not a complainer person because i dont like to do so. But this situation make me very unhappy for this trip compared to others company of bus. Thank you.
