Respected sir,

My P.F. Account Number is MH BAN[protected].I have filled P.F.Form 2 times & submitted to Kelly services India Ltd, Pune office.Both times P.F.Form was rejected Due to company's mistake.
I have not received P.F. Amount from Last 1 & Half Year .
Please help me in this matter

This is Anita Solanki, I have worked with you for Aditya Birla Group around 3.5 yrs for Mumbai location on contract, I have resigned in Feb, 2011, my last working day was 19th Feb, 2011.

This is to inform you that I have submitted my PF form in the month of May 2nd , 2011, but till date I am not getting any response from you, every day I am calling at Mumbai office, first of all your receptniest never picked up the call, if by chance she picked up she will put on hold, if by chance I get the concern person Mr. Aayepan….. his response is like please call me after 6 pm, if I call after 6pm nobody picks up the call. You people are troubling me lot. I am really in a bad condition, want the money for my admission purpose but because of you am not able to do that.

Just a kind request to you please help me in this matter.

I worked with IDFC AMC Ltd on rolls of Kelly Services India Pvt Ltd in Chandigarh from 29.04.2009 to 14.10.2010. Employee code was 113291 and PF account number is : MH/ BAN/ 46257/ 37889. I submitted my PF withdrawal form with Kelly at their Delhi office through ON DOT courier vide waybill no:[protected] on 19.02.2011 which was received by their employee Ms.Vidisha Sharma. Later on I followed up for the status of my form but Vidisha Sharma told me to check status on www.epfbandra.org which shows status as "Form not received". Since then I am following up with Kelly people. I emailed to Ms.Vidisha Sharma, Ms.Navya Srivastava, Ms.Priyanka Bhartiya, also sent email at [protected]@kellyservices.co.in but not a single reply or call received from them to answer my query. Kindly help me in getting my PF amount as I have no hope from Kelly staff.

I have not recieved my PF amount even after 5 months of submission of the Application Form for the with drawal of my PF amount. My PF number - MH/46257/10724. I am really frustrated about this.It is pretty hard to digest if we hear the response for the request of withdrawing our hard-earned money.Please do needfull. Iwas working for Kelly Services Kolkata from November 2008 to October 2009. I have applied for my PF on 10th March 2010 at there Kolkata office but still I have not yet received the same.

The person who is in-charge of the office said me that "it proceed from Head Office" and I have given her several mail to let me know the present status. She is now not taking my call nither replying to my mails.

When I called their HO the call was always on waiting, so I gave the call in Chennai Office.
The lady said me that it will only proceed and can be done by Kolkata office

What will I do now????
Now please help me to solve this issue.

I am ex-employee of Kelly Services Inda Pvt Ltd. I left my job on March 2005. I have sent a PF withdrawal forms to PF office in Maharashtra but till date, I have not received my PF amount. I have submitted the forms for two times and the last was submitted on 4th June 2007. My PF No is MH/46257/324.
