Kelly Services Consultancy — Taking money - rs 23 k for arranging job interview with companies

Kelly services person rajiv called me and asked me they have opening in a company and will arrange first level interview and post which if qualified i have to pay rs 8 k for further rounds. First interview was arranged with hr which got qualified and i paid 8k. Post which i started following for functional interview and then i got another mail that i have to pay rs. 15000 for second round and kevin a consultant called me multiple times and assured that am the only candidate company has shortlisted and nearing placement. I gave up and paid rs 15 k, so total of rs23 k but once i paid the amount, no one reverted for further interview arrangements and even they (Rajiv & kevin) stopped taking my calls. On my persuasion, they arranged a call again with hr person - who knows it was actual or dummy person. Neither getting any response on my mails and nor action. When i go to website, please get my amount refunded
