Kelvinator — cooling problem and freezing

I purchased kelvinator double door fridge in oct 2013. Its only going to be 5 yrs of purchase this oct 2017 but i have spent around 6, 000 rupees in repairing it often part by part, 1st i changed timer 2nd changed relay and now i changed fan n motor,... Really fed up its still in warranty period i want an techiacian to see what actual the problem is

I am neelam, I have register a complaint against my refrigerator last 3 days before but no one is attend my complaint,
